The Executive Committee of Netaji Library & Sports Club, Thoothoor cordially invites all members and office bearers to attend the General Body Meeting to be held on 12 July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the NLT premises.

Your valuable participation is essential for discussing important matters related to NLT's administration and future activities.

Agenda

1. Approval of the Income and Expenditure Statement.
2. Election of the Annual Executive Committee.
3. Discussion on the responsibilities of the newly elected office bearers and the functioning of NLT.
4. Decisions regarding the appointment of new office bearers.
5. Any other matters with the permission of the Chair.

We request all members to attend the meeting on time and actively participate in the discussions.
